Responsible for the delivery of training and employment funds and programs to the member First Nation communities

• Operates as a department within the Wabun Development Corporation and under the Aboriginal Human Resources Development agreement
• Helps Aboriginal people prepare for and find high-demand jobs quickly, as well as keep them in the long term
• Fosters partnerships with the private sector and the provinces and territories
• Support demand-driven skills development
