A PRE-EVENT INVITATION!
Thank you for registering for the Explore Your Options Job Fair in Temiskaming Shores on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Prior to setting up your booth that morning, we are pleased to invite you to join us for an information sharing breakfast.
With the current labour shortages, there are more vacant positions than skilled workers to fill those jobs, consequently, local employers suggest:
- providing more opportunities for sharing ideas and strategies on how to address worker recruitment and retention challenges.
- a more coordinated promotion of the range of employment and training programs and services.
In response, the FNETB and its partners are pleased to provide this opportunity to:
- Meet and discuss with various service providers offering programs and incentives for employee training, recruitment, and retention.
WHEN: Wednesday, September 25th from 8:30 – 10:00 am
WHERE: Horne Granite Curling Club Lounge, 11 May Street South
Breakfast will be followed by booth set-up at Riverside from 10:00 – 10:45.
Doors will open to the public at 11:00 am.
A hot breakfast will be served. Confirm by September 15th to help us plan accordingly.
