Operates an out-patient program for individuals with drug and alcohol addictions

Provides the following services:

24-hour crisis line
Alcohol and drug counselling for individuals, families and small groups
Out-patient treatment such as weekly follow-up with Centre
Referrals to other programs and treatment centres
Education about addictions
